1. Seller

2. How orders work

Placing an order on this website is a binding request to buy. Because plants are living goods, we confirm availability, shipping options and the final shipping cost with you personally by email or phone within 24 hours after your order. The contract is concluded when you confirm those details with us.

3. Prices, payment and shipping costs

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. The shipping cost depends on the number and size of the plants, your country, and the shipping method we agree on; we always disclose it before you pay. Payment is arranged after the personal confirmation ([TO FILL — payment methods you accept: bank transfer / card link / other]).

4. Delivery

We ship to countries within the European Union. Plants are packed and dispatched from our partner greenhouse using the shipping method agreed with you. Typical delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. See our Delivery Information page for details.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly — which includes live plants — nor to sealed goods unsealed by you for health or hygiene reasons. If you cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, we refund all payments received without undue delay. Details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Conformity, damage in transit and complaints

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods at the time of delivery (EU Directive 2019/771). Inspect your plants as soon as they arrive and report damage within 24 hours with photos so we can agree on a replacement or refund.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
