How long does delivery take?
After we contact you and arrange shipping, delivery within EU typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Can I return a plant?
Live plants are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If your plant arrives damaged, contact us within 24h with photos and we'll make it right.
Do you ship outside EU?
Currently we only ship within the European Union. Contact us if you're outside the EU and we'll see what we can do.
